Ingredients
Method
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl
- Make a well in the center
- Add milk, melted butter, and egg
- Mix until smooth
Cooking
- Heat a frying pan over low heat
- Oil pan with about a tablespoon of your oil of choice
- Once heated, pour/scoop approximately 1/4 cup of batter in pan
- Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry - about 2-3 minutes
- Flip the pancake and cook until browned on the other side - about 1-2 minutes
- Repeat with remaining batter
