Thick, Fluffy Pancake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk preferably whole milk
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 lrg egg

Method
 

  1. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl
  2. Make a well in the center
  3. Add milk, melted butter, and egg
  4. Mix until smooth
Cooking
  1. Heat a frying pan over low heat
  2. Oil pan with about a tablespoon of your oil of choice
  3. Once heated, pour/scoop approximately 1/4 cup of batter in pan
  4. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry - about 2-3 minutes
  5. Flip the pancake and cook until browned on the other side - about 1-2 minutes
  6. Repeat with remaining batter
